Maia's menopause class on a Monday is excellent. I have been attending since it started and have found my strength and flexibility has significantly improved. Our reception is fully staffed from 8.30am. Calls before this may only be answered between appointments
CANCELLATION POLICY
To allow us to offer our clients a choice of appointment times we do require 24 hours notice for a cancellation of your appointment, failure to do so may incur a fee. This also includes bookings in the hydrotherapy pool.
